Running teaches us that we are capable of so much more than we ever imagined! Our Cardio theater offers many opportunities to succeed from stationary bikes, stair climber, to our line of treadmills. Let us get you into your best form!

Our sports court can also be used for half court basketball and pickle ball. Anytime our staff is at the gym, you are able to reserve the court. Looking for a solo game or group game, the PAC offers a court schedule to allow you maximum opportunities to improve your 3 pointer or your overhead shot!
REMEMBER YOUR SAFTEY GEAR
Our racquetball court features a well lit playing area, and glass back wall. The court can be reserved for up to one hour per day. Racquetball racquets are available for rent at the front desk. Protective eye wear while using the court is strongly encouraged.
KEEPING YOUR ITEMS SAFE
Our locker rooms include showers, a dry sauna, changing rooms, and a bathroom. The men's locker room has new locks with an updated security feature that will reset after each use.
Tired of hauling all of your items into the gym everyday? For only $10 additional per month, members can choose to leave their items in the lockers for as long as they'd like! Talk to the front desk about reserving your own locker.
