Looking for an rejuvenating exercise experience? You've come to the right place. Your feet wont even touch the ground while performing exercises during our classes. This results in less stress on the joints with high resistance and speed.
POOL PARTY RENTAL
We have 2 different party rooms available for your enjoyment! Parties are scheduled in two hour increments with a 20 person max (additional $5 for each person over 20). You may bring your own food, drink and decorations. Clean up is required after party.
