Looking for an exciting exercise experience? You've come to the right place. This is a high intensity training session. Your feet do not touch the ground while performing exercises. This results in less stress on the joints with high resistance and speed.

From a first-time swimmer to improving your form, Paducah Athletic Club has the instructor for any skill level. Reach out to one of our swim instructors today about scheduling swim lessons!

Our Staff

POOL PARTY RENTAL

We have 2 different party rooms available for your enjoyment! Parties are scheduled in two hour increments with a 20 person max (additional $5 for each person over 20). You may bring your own food, drink and decorations. Clean up is required after party.

  • Member Pricing: $250
  • Non-Member Pricing: $350
