AQUA ZUMBA

MAKE A SPLASH

Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn't miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.


CARDIO

CHALLENGE YOURSELF

A great workout designed to suit all fitness levels. We will lead you through an easy to follow choreographed routine to music for a total body workout. Prepare to sweat and have fun! Great if your goal is weight loss or general fitness.

WATER RESISTANCE

Cardio water is the perfect combination of intensity and resistance training with the added joint and circulatory benefits of water. Water exercise adapts to every fitness level with simple modifications to fit your workout. Jump in and make a splash in your workout!


CORE

BUILD MUSCLE ENDURANCE

CORE is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

DANCE RUTHLESSLY

The Dance Fit class is more than just a dance fitness format, it's a movement. A movement to evolve unapologetically, love loudly, dance ruthlessly and OWN our greatness together, while we take out fitness to the next level as we turn all the way up!


DEEP WATER AEROBICS

HIGH RESISTANCE - EASY ON JOINTS

This is a high intensity training session. Feet do not touch the ground while performing exercises. Less stress on joints with high resistance and speed.


HIIT

HIGH-INTENSITY TRAINING

HIIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.


KETTLEBELL

BUILD STRENGTH & TONE

If you've never worked out or if you are a fitness enthusiast and you just want something different, this class is for you! Kettlebells are cast iron weights shaped like a ball with a handle for easy gripping. Kettlebell training burns fat and increases muscle tone fast! We use compound body movements to target almost every aspect of fitness—endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. Kettlebells truly are a highly effective training tool for improving total-body strength.


KICKBOXING

FULL BODY WORKOUT

Kickboxing is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that targets every major muscle group and is totally non-contact. Learn to punch, block and kick your way to fitness and leave feeling empowered!


PUMP

BARBELL CLASS

Pump is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Pump gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. All fitness levels welcomed!


SPIN

FEEL THE BURN

Bring your ride indoors with drills, hills & sprints and more in a heart pumping fun ride! Controlling your own resistance makes spin classes perfect for all fitness levels.


WATER AEROBICS

LOW IMPACT

We work out in the deep part of the pool, but the workout can be done in a shallow area, if preferred. Kick-boards, noodles, and, water hand-weights are used for some of the workout, and your own body weight for the remaining time. It is a 45 minute class with light stretching at the end.


ZUMBA

SWEAT IT OUT

Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave a class.
